Orders are sent out 1-2 days before your reservation date and should arrive by 9pm that day.
We offer 4 day rentals to make sure you have plenty of time to set up for your dinner party! We recommend you pick a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. Items are due back on the 4th day of the rental.
Fold your used items and place them back in the re-shippable packaging. Attach your prepaid shipping label and drop off at your nearest UPS store or drop off box. Additionally, you can always schedule a UPS pick up from your home.
Make sure to return your items on the day specified. Unfortunately we have $30 a day for each day its late.
Our linens and placemats are all cleaned throughly each time they are returned to us. They are washed, dried and pressed before being enclosed in plastic for protection and cleanliness.
